Pop-Up Shop Vendor Terms & Conditions
By registering as a vendor for the 901 Young Dreamers Expo '25, you agree to the following terms:
1. Registration & Payment

All vendors must complete the official registration form and pay the vendor fee in full to secure their spot.

All registration fees are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation, no-show, or unforeseen circumstances.
-
Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment confirmation.
2. Vendor Setup & Breakdown
-
Vendors may begin setup at 9:00 AM and must be fully set up by 11:00 AM.

Breakdown begins at 2:15 PM; early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval.

Vendors must bring all necessary display materials (tables, chairs, signage, etc.) unless otherwise specified by the organizer.
3. Booth Space & Conduct

Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free area.
-
No sharing or subletting booth space without prior approval.
-
Vendors must remain within their designated space and refrain from obstructing walkways or interfering with other vendors.
4. Merchandise & Sales
-
All products and services sold must be legal, safe, and appropriate for a family-friendly event.

The event organizer reserves the right to request the removal of any items deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

Vendors are solely responsible for their pricing, transactions, and customer service.
5. Liability & Insurance

The event organizer and venue are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring before, during, or after the event.

Vendors are encouraged to carry their liability insurance.
6. Promotion & Marketing
-
Vendors grant permission for their business name, logo, and images to be used in event marketing materials.
-
Vendors are encouraged to promote the event to their networks to increase attendance.
7. Weather & Event Changes
-
This event will proceed rain or shine, unless otherwise stated by the organizer.

The organizer reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or modify the event as necessary.
8. Agreement
By submitting your registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
